Our farm is located on the outskirts of Galway City, in Castlegar.
The farmyard is nestled in the centre of the centuries-old village of Kiltulla and is surrounded by lush green fields, where our small herd of Jersey cows graze on pastures filled with a diverse range of grasses, clovers and herbs.
To make sure you get the freshest produce possible, we will deliver it straight to your door, and in keeping with our philosophy of low food miles and care for the environment, we have 2 main delivery areas:

We are committed to organic, sustainable, and environmentally responsible farming. We never use artificial fertilisers, chemical sprays, or genetically modified feeds and seeds.
Our goal is to nurture our lands and uphold the highest standards of animal welfare.
We use 100% recyclable packaging to ensure we leave a minimal carbon footprint.
Everything we do is guided by care, for our animals, our environment, and our customers.
Our small herd of Jersey cows is the heart of our farm. Each one has been genetically tested to ensure they produce milk containing only the A2 protein, which is gentler on digestion than the more common A1/A2 mix.
We milk our cows just once a day, allowing them to lead a relaxed, natural lifestyle with the highest standards of care and welfare.
Every cow is known and appreciated for her unique personality; some love attention and cuddles, while others enjoy their space.
We respect and care for them as individuals, and in return, they provide us with exceptional milk.
Our milk is a true farm-to-fridge product—fresh, pure, and full of flavour.
Because our Jersey cows are milked just once a day and graze on rich, diverse pastures, they produce milk that is naturally creamy and delicious.
We gently pasteurise it right here in the farmyard, just meters from where our cows are milked, ensuring minimal handling and the highest quality.
Handled only by us, with ultra-low food miles, our milk is as fresh as can be and as trustworthy as it gets.
